How to Use Shipping Charge Calculator

For one item:

  1. Under the Add to Cart button on the product page, you can see the Shipping Charge Calculator.
  2. Select your country under the Shipping Charge Calculator and click the Calculate button.
  3. All available shipping methods, prices, and average delivery times will be displayed.

For several items:

  1. Add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Select your country under the Shipping Charge Calculator.
  3. Click the Calculate button.

How Shipping Fees are Determined

Shipping fees are determined by the order weight or volume weight, delivery area, and shipping method.

1. Weight Type

【Product Weight】
For products that have been physically measured during the shipping process, we apply the actual measured weight. However, in general, we use estimated weights. For pre-orders, there may be differences between the estimated and actual weight, as manufacturers usually do not provide weight information in advance.

【Order Weight】
The total weight of your packaged box, including product weight, packaging materials, and the box itself. Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight.

【Volume Weight】
The weight calculated using the shipping company's formula based on the volume of the package. We estimate the volume weight by analyzing the size of each product and the final box size when items are packed together. Please note that slight differences may occur depending on product characteristics and packing combinations.

2. Calculation Methods by Shipping Method

EMS, Airmail, FedEx Pak
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order weight of the package.

DHL, FedEx Priority, FedEx FICP
Shipping fees are calculated based on whichever is greater: the order weight or the volume weight. We will indicate which weight type was applied in the shipping calculation.

3. Changes in Shipping Fees

If the actual order weight differs significantly from the estimated weight, we may place the shipment on hold and contact you by email to request approval for a change in shipping fees. In such cases, you will also have the option to switch to another available shipping method.
