Everything about your website, communication and shipping has been perfect. I can fault nothing, and I am a very happy customer. I can think of nothing to improve.
Shipping is great as ususal Did not need to get to customer support.
There should be more shm sacd editions this year.Their quality of sound is great.
More shipping options like Air registered. Sometimes it is too restrictive.

From the cds I ordered two were unavailable. I have written several emails when no refund came- none were even answered. Major letdown. Will possibly avoid seller in the future...
The experience I've had shopping with CD Japan has been 100% enjoyable. Everything is done for you simply and easily which is not always the case when you're an international customer shopping in Japan. If the shipping cost could be lower, it would be great since it will sum up to be the import tax.
Sometimes we get notifications of pre-orders very early in the morning and by the time we read the E-mail the time is already sold out. It might be an idea to have a staggered pre-orders for different time zones, adding more to the available total at different times.
