I didn't receive my order, so I can't rate Q5. It's taking too long to reach my country.

CD专辑：硬纸盒+气泡袋，普通CD一般不容易碎，但侧压容易压盒。 印象点：日版原厂包装做工工整，印刷干净；二手商品会标注外壳磨损情况。 运输 1. 可选运输渠道：EMS、空运SAL、海运。 • EMS：速度快，清关快，税费概率偏高； • SAL性价比中间；海运最慢，1‑2个月，磕碰风险更大。 2. 海关：商品总价值达到征税标准会被税，订单会暂停处理（就是你见过的命令暂停状态），需要完成缴税才继续发货。 3. 物流轨迹：日本出库后才有单号，国内段看中国邮政。 客户支持 1. 官方客服主要是日语，也支持英文邮件回复，没有中文客服。 2. 咨询渠道：网站帮助中心表单、邮件；没有在线即时聊天，回复通常1‑3个工作日。 3. 可处理：订单暂停、取消、商品破损索赔、预售改地址；已经发货的订单很难修改。 4. 局限：海关缴税、国内快递损坏，平台不负责，需要自己和国内物流沟通。 ✨其他印象深刻点 1. 预售商品：没到发售日期不会发货，状态显示「等待发布日期」，不能立刻出库。 2. 订单状态：命令暂停大多是海关拦截，也有支付校验、库存异常两种情况。 3. 二手碟：会详细描述品相（封套磨损、碟面划痕），照片参考比较真实，但依然存在运输途中新损伤。 4. 退货：日本平台退货门槛高，国际订单大部分情况不支持无理由退货，只有商品本身出厂破损才可以申请补偿。

this time I have to say that I'm disappointed. I used to purchase with the registered airmail, option which isn't available anymore. this time I used the untracked one and the package arrived with 22 euros of importation fee to pay! this is the very first time that this has happened.

Dependable and very easy to use. It is the only way I know to get the latest music from Japan. The prices are reasonable and so is the postage. The items always arrive safely due to the secure packaging.

Very happy with my orders, as always. Delivery times and packaging continue to be excellent. However, I've been very disappointed this year on a few occasions where I've been told CDJapan aren't stocking an album because they claim they're not allowed to! - even though I've then subsequently bought from a different seller in Japan! This continues to be really disappointing and I'm never getting an type of explanation that makes sense.

I'd like to start off with my answer for customer service qas "don't know/unsure" and not average as I have never had any issues with an order, and so have not needed to contact customer service. I have made a handful of orders, and they have all been exceptional. I live stateside, so we dont always get items first, but ordering from CDJapan I can receive my items shortly after release. They are always packaged very well, and thus far I have never had any issues or problems. I will definitely order from CDJapan in the future. Thank you!

Everything goes off without a hitch, with the main pain points being some holes in the proxy shipping search on Mericari and the like, that require the filling out of a separate order.

The ability to modify orders with Australian GST would be appreciated. I understand the complications it causes invoicing customers, however it is frustrating not being able to edit orders if new releases are announced.
