Everything outside the delivery company having issues with its contacting towards me (and that was not an issue caused by CDJapan, I felt important to clarify that so it's not unclear since you asked about the delivery as well) went without issues so I am very satisfied with the handling of my order in general.

The web page can be made more useful. There are often cases of re-login.

App tends to have loading issues when going from one screen to another to the next, often resulting in lost selections or purchases.

The packaging for shipping would be better. The product pages should match the physical items. It would be more convenient to handle damage and exchanges for products during shipping. There have been instances of damaged products from previous purchases.

the packaging is good，my CDs were perfect when I received them。but I think you can make it more strong enough because of the rough handling.

I am used to pay custom taxes on packages shipped with DHL and I pay upon receiving goods. I don't understand why I have to pay taxes when I pass an order and choose DHL as shipping method. Each time I did that way, I paid taxes twice and it's very difficult to get a refund !

Packaging is top notch. Example for others to follow.

Shipping and packaging is good and fast. Some CD from own by Sony music or hololive, is rare or slow in your shop, which sometimes I ordered at other place.

In a previous shopping experience, the album was damaged. Through contact, the customer service dealt with the problem in time and was very satisfied.

Love everything about CD Japan but the site is slow and seems to crash frequently
