Packaging very good, individual padded envelopes for photobooks plus extra padded envelope for mulitple books provides good protection, especially for rainy, wet weather. External cardboard package sturdy and survived international shipping. Shipping very fast considering distance. Never have contacted customer support so no comments there.

It's perfect from the display of items on the CDJAPAN website, to ordering and for preparing packages up to their shipment and delivery by FEDEX.

Please make again available EMS shipping and air mail registered shipping for Greece. Currently you only ship with DHL to Greece. Items that are big in volume are extremely expensive to be shipped with DHL. Registered air mail was the only viable alternative. Please give us more options on shipping methods.

I can't give proper answers for QQ5-6 as I didn't receive my order yet.

As usual, my order was packed well and arrived in excellent condition as the status and tracking emails reported. In addition, this was a preorder for Frieren season 2 so getting it around the release date as indicated in January is always appreciated. I answered Average or Don't Know to Q4 because I did not use customer support. Separately, I have had no issues using the website.

A delivery with a lot of Cds - and they all arrived well in Vienna - thats great!

cdJapan is an indispensable site for collectors...always superb customer service.

If you can improve the delivery to around 7~8 days, I think that will be a great achievement.
