- Tracking is available, but insurance is not included.
- For shipments to Europe, tracking may remain at “Shipment arrived at origin facility” for more than two weeks as the aircraft waits for sufficient cargo to maximize available capacity.

ECMS is available only for orders that meet the following conditions.
Maximum Subtotal Value
- 27 EU countries: up to 150 EUR
- United Kingdom: up to 135 GBP
- Vietnam: up to 500 USD
- Other countries: up to 200,000JPY
Maximum Weight
- Up to 30 kg
Packaging Size Restrictions
Packaging size restrictions vary by destination country.
Orders will be shipped using packaging that complies with local regulations.

Shipping Schedule
ECMS pickups are scheduled only twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. As a result, even if your order is ready for shipment, it may not be dispatched until the next scheduled pickup day.
For this reason, your order may remain in the “Packaging” status for a few days. Note that you can not cancel or modify the order once it enters the "Packaging" status.
Signature Upon Delivery
Signatures are not required for ECMS.
Delivery procedures vary depending on the local courier, and contactless delivery (leave-at-door) is increasingly common.
Returns & Disposal Policy
ECMS generally does not return packages.
If a shipment cannot be cleared through customs or cannot be delivered for any reason, it will be disposed of locally.
Making Sure You Receive Your ECMS Shipment
As stated in the previous section, it is important to ensure successful delivery, as ECMS does not return packages. We kindly ask that you monitor your tracking information regularly so you do not miss any important updates. If your tracking status shows “On Hold,” please contact your local ECMS office or its local delivery partner to inquire about your shipment.
Refunds
We will provide a refund in the following cases:
* If ECMS confirms that the package has been lost
* Damaged items
Note that we can only issue a refund in points for partial refunds paid by credit/debit card.
