What are the differences of this service?
Compared to FedEx Priority, the delivery time for FICP takes slightly longer but FICP offers a more cost-friendly shipping rate. So if you value money over speed, this may be for you.

Singapore
In Singapore, FICP packages are basically sent to delivery lockers. If the item does not fit in the locker, the consignee can arrange a request on FedEx Delivery Manager (FDMi) to have the package to be delivered to your door .
You'll receive notifications for locker deliveries and FedEx Delivery Manager (FDMi) by SMS, so you must add your mobile number to your customer account to get updates.

For the 27 EU countries, the UK,and Norway
- All orders within the prepaid VAT threshold will be shipped as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with VAT included at the time of purchase).
There will no longer be an option to choose between VAT advance payment or VAT upon delivery.
Reduced VAT rates will apply. - Orders exceeding the prepaid VAT threshold will be shipped as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), with duties to be paid upon delivery.
