CDJapan at Japan Expo 10th Anniversary
May 08,2009
Some of you may already know but CDJapan will be an exhibitor at Japan Expo in Paris this summer!!
Date: July 2nd - 5th 2009
I hope some of my blog readers can come and see our booth! 4 CDJapan members will be at the CDJapan booth which will be located next to Laforet's booth.
Japan Expo is a festival integrating Japanese pop culture such as manga, anime, games, music with Japanese traditional culture such as calligraphy, martial arts, tea ceremony items, and origami.
There will be various events held at the expo with fashion shows, judo and kendo demonstrations, concerts, game tryouts, autograph sessions and of course, many manga, anime DVDs and collectibles will be sold too.
With 13,4000 visitors participating last year, there is no doubt that Japan Expo is becoming the biggest festival of Japanese culture in Europe!!

CDJapan at Japan Expo 10th Anniversary Comments
I wish I could go, but I don't like flying long distance (I'm 6'3" tall, and economy class is very uncomfotable). I hope the CDJapan staff that are going have a great and busy time.

I know of this festival, but never went to it. I also read on French blogs that CDJapan would be present at the expo. As much as I want to go at least once, it is just a bit too far for me to go. I do live in Belgium, but I hardly see myself driving that far while a similar/smaller event is also held over here each year.

I access the link you put of Japan Expo, Mana. CDJapan is in the 13rd. place of expositors (you are very fast!!). I hope all of you have a great time in France. For me it`s impossible to reach this place because is very far and expensive, too. Instead, in the web page there are tickets(the "Premium" ones) that are only sold in France(more problems!!). The only thing that gives me grief is not been able to see the first live concert of AKB48(I hope one day the group come to my country like special guests in our japanese festival... Sniff!!)

I'd really like to go, but Paris is a bit too far for me XD. (I live in Holland)
Still, I'd have come if I weren't already going to Japan. It would've been a good excuse to go on vacation to Paris again.
Hope you have a great time!

????????
I made a slight error!! I did not realize that CDJapan expositor`s place was ordered alphabetically. Je,je..SORRY, MANA. I`M BAKA-DOLL, TOO.
Totally apart, I have 2 questions:
1- Did CDJapan have "Oboro Muramasa Youtuden Soundtrack", Mana. I don`t find it in game music section and this is a good game. Or any idea where I can found it?
2- How many episodes in total have the anime "Shugo Chara"? Has not yet completed?

Great, I'll definitely be there. This is my one chance to see AKB48 without having to go to Japan (which I can't afford).

I was wondering if it was possible to suggest an order of a cd that is out of print. Maybe if you can get more copies of the cd maybe.

Enjoy the time in Paris! I wish I could go too but it's too far and I wouldn't get the time off from work. I wish i worked for CDJ as well so I could travel around and visit other countries! ;__;

I understand it's hard to go to a foreign country. You need to save money, the perfect timing to take a long break from work, and also lots of planning to do.
Nackar> Hi you are coming to Japan? Well then I guess there is no need for you to go the the Expo. You get to see the real Japan. I hope you have a great time!!BTW, I just saw a TV show about Holland and saw really cute wooden shoes. I didn't wooden shoes were so fashionable now!!

Ken> I'm sorry. I wrote an answer to your question last week but it wasn't posted. And yes, I am baka!! This is the 3rd time I blocked my own blog comments!!
A.1 About the soundtrack of the game you are looking, I couldn't find it in CDJapan or anywhere else on the net. It looks like there are no soundtracks of this game because I found a Japanese guy requesting to make a soundtrack for this game on a request form. He also said the music was really cool. I am sorry to disappoint you Ken!!
A.2 Shugo Chara is still on air in Japan so it's not finished yet!!
The latest was the 82nd episode airred on May 9th,2009.

Barrie >It's great to hear that you can come!! Please give us a comment and tell us what you thought about the fes if you really go.
Miyu>When a CD is out of print we can't do anything about it because we only have 1 supplier. I'm really sorry. Sometimes we re-sell CDs which were out of print, but those are really rare cases. But would you like me to check just in case? Could you tell me the catalog. no. please?

Well, Mana. This japanese guy have right! The soundtrack of the game is perfect (like Okami soundtrack)and beautiful. It`s strange that great games like this don`t have a soundtrack.
82 episodes in Shugo Chara???? Agggggg... I only have 69. I`m really late to see "Guardians 4 opening"
Thanks for all the effort,Mana!!

Miyu, sorry for my lateness. I asked about the product you wanted but it was totally sold out and unavailable. I'm really sorry...

Wow, Ken you really are a collector.
You have 69 episodes of Shugo Chara??
And you also have many other favorites like Berryz Kobo right? How did you get into Japanese hobbies in the first place?

Part 1
Oh Yesssss!! I`m really good fan of ALL Hello Project girls and your groups, Mana. Sorry I don`t tell you before because I only comment my guts for my friend Dan and Miho-Miho too.Actually in my country nobody likes "Shugo Chara" anime because don`t know anything of the singers that have the openings and endings of the series. Instead it`s very difficult to find subtitles in Spanish (CDJapan don`t have the anime in english subs., neither) but finally I got these few episodes with a friend. And, of course I liked anime but ONLY FOR COMEDY or if my favorite girls sings in these (Buono, C-ute, Berryz K., Morning M., Horie Yui, Aya Hirano, Megumi H.) since aprox. 5 years ago... I think!!
Ah! I liked dramas too, like Gekidan Gekiharo series starring Berryz and C-ute performances. Je,je.je.
Ahhh!! I remember variety programs too, like Berikyu!! but you`re going very slow, Mana (it will take me an eternity!)

Part 2
SUMMARY: all this because of the beautiful japanese music. YEAH!!!PS: It`s TRUE Berryz girls have an anime called "Inazuma Eleven" Mana? Maybe it would be like Shugo Chara with Buono!, don`t you think?
You also see these series, Mana?
YEAH!!! another anime fan it`s welcome!
