Hello everybody!

It's Friday and like everyone else in the world, I am so happy!

Well like I mentioned last week, I posted a picture.
Sorry people, I know this is not what all of you have expected.
But I decided to take a picture of what I like recently--Miss Bunny and decorating stuff with rhinestones.
bunny.jpg
Miss Bunny is the bunny from "Bambi" aka Thumper's girlfriend.
I started collecting her goods and now I can't stop.

Decorating phones with rhinestones used to be popular a while ago, but I was never good in concentrating so I really didn't have any interest until my co-worker gave me a self decorating type digital clock kit which came with rhinestones to make it your original clock.

And now that I started one, I just can't stop now.

Decorating i-pods and phones are pretty common but some people even decorate their refrigerators, BMW logo on their cars, and even golf putters.
jasmine.jpg

I hope I don't get tired of this new hobby too quick cuz I bought way too much rhinestones.

Enough about my self information.

Now about CDJ, our affiliate program started offering 7% commission for only wabisabi and calendar banners. So if you already are an affiliate member, you mind as well create a link for those too. by v.v : Oct 04,2008
Oh!, Ohh!, Ohhhh!, N.A.N.I.? KAWAIIIII.. Yeah! These things are so cute(tipical for a girl). You are so intelligent Mana-girl! You check Miho`s picture and see your back pose, so you put sideway pose GREAT!Another cute girl in our blog = Thank you so much and don`t worry I have a little plant in my desk that work with solar rays (exactly the same color of your clock) and 2 pictures of Silvestre and Piolin (only photocards) and I`m as happy as your.

P.S. You have better computer than mine! This is not fair!! Je,je,je.
P.S. You had right: the name of "Futou". Thanks for the advice.
P.S. CDJapan still have enough bookmarks with the cute designs?
by Ken007 : Oct 04,2008
Cute!
Miss Bunny is really cute! But I have to agree with your hobby, rhinestones, sadly not quite able to find many good quality here but the other day I saw a place where they were selling pre-rhinestoned stuff for cellphones or ipods, it made me laugh ww.

Hey ken007 or anybody, i've got the 500 yen coupon from the wabisabi survey thing and since i wont be buying anyting yet , do any of you want the coupon? I'l give you the code and i've got another 500 yen coupon from i dont even remember it existed but the thing is that its going to expire on the 10th november 08 so again anyone want it? I think i got it from the time i bought some stuff and CDJ gave it , since i'm not using the two coupon so might as well give to people who wants it or use it . Err, Manababy, its posible for others to use my coupons right? Or only ourselves?
by v.v : Oct 05,2008
Wow total hotness and cuteness! Manababy you are such a pink girl! You should go do your nails like utada-san did in one of the episodes of Music Lovers!

v.v> Are your coupons only for wabisabi or just a general coupon?

And yes, HP computers are beginning to look nicer and nicer. That is HP, right? Unfortunately, my computer just died. I think I killed my motherboard after doing my last design project. Now I must replace it with a new super computer!

But guess what?!!! One of the projects I helped worked on at my design firm got featured in one of the major Canadian design magazines! Exciting times! Please check it out on my blog:

http://wohjai.spaces.live.com

It's the Canadian Interiors article!
by wohjai : Oct 06,2008
v.v.> YEAH! I WANT THE COUPON, v.v. I really don`t have any idea if the coupon it`s general or for Wabi-sabi things but I needed it!! I hope our friend Mana-girl accept your idea. Thank you so much, but I don`t understand HOW applicate a coupon that don`t exist in my account? It`s so simple only to enter a code?

wohjai> You are from Toronto? Oh! A canadian guy. You are in my continent, very close... and I see a great fan of J-Rock and Bleach? Hahaha...
by Ken007 : Oct 06,2008
Wohjai> one of the 500yen coupon is only for wabisabi and the other 500yen coupon is i dont even remember it existed, so i dont remember where i got it and not sure if its general, i suppose its genera.. Tehehe

Ken007> Yeup just put the coupon code and redeem it, there you go
<cdj4756393> nov 10th <4eydp> expire nov 12 , i think thats wabisabi's coupon .. Ok?

Owh! My grandparents lives in Vancover! I'm going there to study next year , so ken007 is living in europe? Or north america? I living in Asia , not Japan .. Duh! Haha, wohjai your in uni now?
by V : Oct 06,2008
Yeah, I'm in uni right now. 4th year...I'm assuming ken007's in North America since he says we're in the same continent. But where in USA? How about you v.v? where in Asia?
by wohjai : Oct 06,2008
owh yes yes! ken007 said same continent! i thought its was near your continent. I live in a small country called Negara Brunei Darussalam , and i'm not rich. Waoh! its great that your work is featured and it looks nice! Looks expensive though!
by v : Oct 06,2008
Err, Ken007, i mistyped the code for second one, once again:
4eydP , Expiration Date 2008-11-12
cdj4756393 , Expiration Date 2008-11-10
by v : Oct 06,2008
Thanks for the compliments everybody. You're all so sweet. I kind of seem like a typical girly girl with pink and glittery stuff, but I'm originally a more messy and unorganized person. But once in a while, my womanly side starts acting and I start liking girly stuff.
I'm trying not to go overboard with everything though. Teenage girls cover thier phones with rhinestones and little plastic cupcakes and candy decorations but I think I'm just going to just decorate it simply.

by Manababy : Oct 06,2008
Anyway,
v.v >I'm sorry to tell you that you can't give your coupons to your friends. It's really nice of you and personally I would want to let you, but the system has every coupon no. set to the member's account so even if another person entered an unused coupon no., he won't be able to use it because it won't exist in his acount.
I'm sorry. I wish I could though...

Ken007>Yes, we still have those bookmarks. You can recieve them if you spend 3000yen on Wabisabi products! But hurry cuz it's only for now!

wohjai>
I like your blog! Very detailed.
I saw Emi Suzuki on it. She's one of my favorite models. You like her too?
by Manababy : Oct 06,2008
Owh, thats bad news then , sorry ken007 cant let u spend the coupons ..huh..well japanese are sometimes abit of being too obscessive towards being in trend sometimes, i totally didnt like girls tanning their skin till really dark and dye their hair blonde, forgot what fashion trend was it though .. Haha
by v : Oct 06,2008
Now that I think about it, Manababy you really remind me of
Æ»µÙºã»Ò from ¥É¥é¥´¥óºù.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v218/nummon_left/saeko2.jpg

From the picture, your pink clock and the pose especially reminds me of her cause she was also very pink in that drama and she was carrying a pink phone and had dyed hair too!

http://www.geocities.com/elva030/saeko005.jpg

And yes, I love Emi Suzuki! She is just too beautiful. Her lips and her legs are out of this world! What's most impressive is that she is born in Shanghai! Not Japan!

v.v> I think you are talking about ganguro girls, where they super tan themselves like burnt buns and put on this wack make-up and make their eyes all white. I just don't get that...it's so scary :O

lol...one question, manababy. What are you typing in that picture? The monitor seems to be off!
by wohjai : Oct 07,2008
v.v> btw...I believe the project budget for that office design was somewhere between $9-10 Million Canadian...if you were curious to know.
by wohjai : Oct 07,2008
v.v./wohjai> Hello everybody. Wow! Many comments in the blog in a short period of time!! I`m really surprised. Well, first: I`m not live in Europe or North America Je,je,je. I was refering AMERICA continent in total, but in specific`m in Central America (Costa Rica is very close to Canada Yeah!). It`s a small and peaceful country, tropical and very rainy all the year!. Sorry guys if I put you to find me at all over the planet. Ha,ha,ha.

v.v.> Thank you so much for the coupons but either way, I also regret. I already said it could not be so easy to put a simple code in an order!!

Mana-girl> Oh! Great news to know that still you have those bookmarks. Don`t worry; I have 3 good things to order in your Wabi-sabi page!

P.S. wohjai have right: THIS COMPUTER IS OFF!! Oh! I know: you are a great model right Mana-girl?
by Ken007 : Oct 07,2008
v.v.> I`m a librarian and don`t knew that exist this small country Negara Brunei Darussalam. It`s in Asia? Wow... that really must be very small because I thought knowing almost all of Asia. Lucky that you live there near Japan or I am wrong?
by Ken007 : Oct 07,2008
Suddenly the blog is back to us again ..haha, i think ManaB is just trying to pose on the picture, without realising that the monitor is off! Haha

Wohjai> Woah! That's so expensive! But if i was at the office or working there it would be a pleasent place to be in! The atmosphere and the color looks nice! Btw, how long did it take your team to finish the whole project?

Ken007> Owh! Costa Rica! I see, well Brunei is a small tiny country, but if you compare to Singapore its bigger than Singapore, but its not famous or known by many, huh.. Well, its not anywhere close to Japan , its closer to Malaysia and Singapore ..it will take me about 9 hours to get to Japan but tickets to Japan is expensive so never got to go there.. So have you or wohjai or ManaB been to anywhere around the world?
Well, i hadnt been to many places only to Hongkong, Thailand, Shenzen, Singapore, Vancover and Malaysia.
by v : Oct 07,2008
wohjai>
Ya I was hoping no one would mention about the computer screen. I look so dumb, don't I?

I was just posing for the camera at an empty desk right then. The computer wasn't even on...

v>
Well I've been to pretty much a lot of countries, but the past few years I've been to Thailand, India and Egypt.

I like countries that seem adventurous!

How about you? Tell me where was the best place you've been. I'm looking for somewhere to go next year!!
by Manababy : Oct 07,2008
Well, i have never been to new zealand but i heard that you can do alot of extreme sports and other advanturous stuff there, new zealand might be a good choice, or Australia, do you surf? Australia has got nice waves..i heard.. Well you can come to Brunei too, we have beautiful forest where you can climb and discover the nature, err, there the canopy walk and flying fox too..well, if you want to visit Brunei dont hesitate to ask me anything, haha, i can tell you everything you need to know like when is the best time to come and so on, Singapore is not bad either, there is the skyride and luge..the sentosa island is quite fun but if Brunei in terms of food, transport and living is the best, cause its so cheap here .. Really depends..tehehe
by v : Oct 08,2008
ken007> Omg..all this time I thought you were living in the US. My bad. Where is Costa Rica, is it south of the border near Mexico or something??

v.v> Yeah, I don't quite recall the time it took to complete. Probably the design took somewhere between 8 months to 1 year. It could have been more, though I'm not sure. It could have been longer. And then you have the actual construction part that's done by the awarded contractor, which then takes almost another half a year at least.

Manababy> Like I've been to several places in the US. Been to Hong Kong and China obviously, cause that's where I was born. But If you want adventurous, maybe you could try Switzerland and explore the Alps? If you just want a giant shopping spree, then Hong Kong is the place. But since you're in Japan anyways, you prob wouldn't need to go there. I really wanna go to Dubai to check out the architecture.
by wohjai : Oct 08,2008

Wohjai> btw, i remembered Diru is doing an american tour, and there are gona be in Toronto, just wondering if your going..are you? But you seem to be a big fan of Alice nine by looking at your blog though, haha, if you are atending the concert dont forget to review about! I'm a supa Diru fan! XD
by v : Oct 08,2008
Are you serious?!!! Dir en grey in Toronto?? When? I must go if that is true. You've gotten me very excited!
Ok I just looked it up. I am so going! I'll see if I can get tickets. Btw...when did they announce this concert? When did ticks go on sale? Do you know?

But alice nine in Toronto...that is not likely to happen. I will melt if they come here!! Diru has huge US success, that's why they can roam wherever they want in North America!

Btw, one thing to be fixed on this blog. Every time I try to double post, the message "Our review system is temporarily unavailable. Please submit your review again later" appears and I have to wait like 5-10 mins. before posting again. Can this be fixed?
by wohjai : Oct 08,2008
Ok, I bought the tickets. I'm so excited!!! Thank you for your notice.
I'll try to take pics if they allow cameras '~'

november 16...te te te
by wohjai : Oct 08,2008
Wohjai> That was fast, they have anounced the American tour in early aug.. I just thought of it yesterday cause i cant go anyways so i forgot about it and ken007 and i just knew that youre in Toronto. Damn you've got me excited too! Despite how much i dig Diru! Hey, that true about the blog it annoys me alot too, and what are the limit of words? Sometimes i had to make a second post..total annoyance! Btw, what do you think about their US release of uroboros? I'm stil sticking to the japanse deluxe version though.
by v : Oct 08,2008
Even though bands and music artists like Diru or Hikki-chan have expanded into the US music industry by having North American versions of their music, I never buy the US versions. Besides, I'm in Canada, so where would I find the US versions? They just all seem over-priced. But isn't it the point in Japanese music to buy the Japanese version?? We all know there's a huge quality difference between Japanese cd's compared to North American or some other countries, whether it be the quality of the disc, imaging, print quality, paper quality, etc. If I were to go US bound, wouldn't I just buy and listen to Linkin Park instead?

Even though I'm not super crazy like you in ordering the super deluxe version (I just got the limited edition), yeah I see no point in US versions...it's so unjapanesque *~*
by wohjai : Oct 08,2008
wohjai> those Dubai pictures are awesome!! It's too beautiful it doesn't seem real!! I'd love to go there.

Oh, and I told the system team about the posting problems and they're working on it now. I'm sorry for the trouble.
by Manababy : Oct 08,2008
Oh, and I want some opinion from everyone. What would you want for your B-day from a friend living in Japan?

I want to send sth Japanese, but not too Japanese. Something different. Sometimes a lot of my friends appreciate the most weird stuff like pens and erasers, which are nothing to me. I want a point of view from people living overseas.

My budget is around 5000yen but it doesn't have to be that much either.
Something new that you would like from Japan.
Please help!
by Manababy : Oct 08,2008
Wohjai>Our system team doubled the maximum limit of words for your comments from 1200 to 2400.

Manababy, some thoughts about birthday presents:

I bought a friend one of those Sun-Star "StitchLock" things, sort of a stapler without the staples! They're not familiar in the west, and when we think of Japan we think of cool gadgets (among other things).

How about a bento box? There are a lot to choose from!

A hanko name stamp is a nice individual present.

Photo books: for myself, I recently bought "Tokyo Nobody" by Masataka Nakano, beautiful pictures of Tokyo without any people, which is an unusual way of seeing the city. There's a strange series called "Japan Underground" by Hideaki Uchiyama, full of photos of underground structures: again, a view of Japan you wouldn't normally see.
by Sheepless : Oct 08,2008
Wohjai> yah it makes sense in terms of quality though, sheezh..have i ever mention that i'm a supa fan for LP and Diru? Cause you said LP among so many american bands. Huh..

ManaB> Well, i'm a total sucker when it comes to gift, well someting japanese and i dont if its cheap though, i think a mini daruma would be cool, its jap and not very jap.. And you can actualy do something to it like aftr completing the eyes we can display it and recal the goals that the receiver had made with it ..haha..thats all, plus i dont see many countries selling it, kinda cool, well anyting from Japan is cool and diferent anyways, even the sweet rappers are diferent from other places..huh ,eventhough its the same brand!
by v : Oct 08,2008
ManaB. I like that v.v it's good for short form! I will start using that from now on.

ManaB> Thanks for fixing that. And yes, Dubai has so much money right now that a lot of architecture is being newly built. Did you know that 2/3 of the world's building cranes (those T-shaped things they use to make buildings) are located in Dubai right now? It's totally amazing!

v.v> Yeah, that is why I said LP XD

ManaB> Originally, for a gift idea, I was thinking a katana...hmm...maybe cause I've been watching too much Bleach lately. But I guess they're at least $100-$150. If you're looking at 5000 yen, I'd say anything part of traditional Japan like things you find in the Wabi Sabi section would be appropriate. Hmm....tea pots, light fixtures, vases, Japanese figures...ino...be creative!

...lol...buy something from Mastermind...ok joking...
by wohjai : Oct 09,2008
Suggestions Part 1
wohjai> Where is Costa Rica? Mmmm.. to be quite accurate I will say that very southern United States, in the pure heart of Central America between Nicaragua and Panama countries. Yeah! Ah! I see that your "Impact Montreal Soccer Team" is very good. Congratulations.

Managirl> I will like to receive in my birthday a picture or photocard or something else from my favorites japanese singers but those bookmarks that CDJapan offer I have like crazy. The designs are so beautiful, very typical of Japan and with pleasure I would buy all if it were not only give you one per order (NOT FAIR!!).

Continued...
by Ken007 : Oct 10,2008
Suggestions Part 2
As said... Well I see many interesting things in your Wabisabi page: I think a pair of socks (that are in multiples and various colors) will be great for a man but if you planning to give a girl I see precious bags with different decorations shapes. Argggg.. it`s very difficult because anything will be good. Mmmmm... Oh! I have an idea! Maybe you could give a ceramic object (in Japan there are many biodiversity and is very varied). I know because I saw many reports that give in the T.V. of my country. If I remember Osaka`s stores are specialized in the manufacture of fish, sharks, flowers of different colors and other objects. It is nice that all are thumbnails and you can gift up as earrings or necklaces... Kawaiiii, don`t you think?

wohjai> Dubai`s pictures are great!! (the third is the best)

P.S. You are a great model Mana-girl. Don`t worry, you look so cute and elegant and the long hair remember me Hikki`s figure.
by Ken007 : Oct 10,2008
ken007> What are you talking about regarding the "Impact Montreal Soccer Team"? I'm not sure what you're referring to...?

And yeah, third pic of Dubai's pretty damn amazing! O btw, Hikki-chan's hair right now is short...not long anymore =P
by wohjai : Oct 10,2008
wohjai> Oh! I see: I would refering about soccer (sport). This team it¡s from Canada, don¡t you knew? I suppose you don¡t like soccer. Sorry for the comment... it¡s a great team!

Totally apart - it¡s true: Hikki¡s hair is short NOW, but the long hair of Mana-girl REMEMBER ME the past! Je.je,je.

v.v.> I found it! I found it! It¡s true: Brunei is so tiny and small. Wow, it¡s more little than my country, but honestly I was very happy to be very close to Japan (only thousand miles to north and you will be there). How lucky!. For me, it will taking many years... *joke* (16 hours).

P.S. Only I leave my country once - to Mexico - for my sister¡s birthday (1994).
by Ken007 : Oct 11,2008
ken007> Haha, yeah you hit the jackpot. I seem to kinda hate soccer. So I don't follow it. The only soccer teams I know are world cup soccer countries.

I follow mainly hockey (NHL), basketball (NBA), and a little of baseball (MLB). But I guess soccer and baseball might be big in Costa Rica?
by wohjai : Oct 11,2008
wohjai> Yes! You have right. Soccer is the national sport in my country. All the day notices are mainly about this sport nationally or internationally but there are others like swimming, much news of NBA, MLB, athletics and curious or funny incredible sports of England and USA. Ha,ha,ha - I saw a very nice eating contest about how many hamburgers you eat in a time limit (even had a japanese guy there!)
by Ken007 : Oct 11,2008
wohjai> yea man! i' also not a fan of soccer! Badminton is one of my fav to catch:D , and baseball was interesting when i watched Big Windup! and Slam dunk for basketball!

Ken007> Yea Japan is northwards~ still tickets are not cheap~
And yea! The hamburger eating guys was actually the record holder but her lost the title this year! too bad~
by v : Oct 11,2008
The japanese guy, i didnt specify previously tehehe
by v : Oct 11,2008
