I have one suggestion. Is it possible to have an option for displaying all items of a category when browsing items instead of just having it display 10 at a time. So if I wanted to quickly skim through all the 100 items I wouldn't have to click 10 times?

Is it also possible to use the discreet shipping option for small items other than CDs/DVDs? Example, an S.P.R. necktie??

wohjai + Ken007> I spoke to the support staff about shipping other items via discreet shipping and it sounds like the only reason why you can't ship a tie or necklace is that we don't want to risk damage during shipping.
However, if you want to try it out, just select discreet shipping during checkout and then contact our support team after the order. They'll leave a note for our packing staff to have them use discreet shipping if it's at all possible for the order (there may be restrictions due to item thickness though).

Do you know if Dazzle Vision will have an upcoming new album anytime soon? As well, I think alice nine did release DVD's from those tours I previously mentioned cause I saw some people sell those online. I think it's only available to their fan club members, which begs the question of when they will release these to the public?

As for Alice Nine, I don't see anything on their webpage indicating a live DVD, though if they did release one to the fan club there's nothing that says they have to release it for others as well (I think Dir en grey just did the same thing).

Just a question out of curiosity..how come the new Arashi singles that come out are always out of print? It's usually the limited type-A versions, but they seem to go out of print the day you first input the item. And then maybe the next day or two it would go back in stock for pre-order, and then it goes back out of print. That's what happened with their latest single.

Particularly with Johnny's releases, we're given an exact number of limited editions from the very start, and since they're usually small quantities they go out of print within hours of us upping them to the site (unfortunately, this usually happens Japanese time so people in the Western Hemisphere have a tough time finding them). It doesn't work every time, but if we have particularly brisk sales for a release we can tell that to the manufacturer and they'll let us increase the number we receive--which is why they sometimes go back in stock a couple of days after first selling out. However those sell out quick too.

I saw on the anime page on Neowing that there's going to be a Dragon '98 Special Live CD coming out in a few months. It's been almost a week since you guys mentioned that on Neowing, and it's still not listed on CDJapan yet. Are you going to be adding that to CDJapan any time soon?
