by the way..Dan..if the apparels were sold out that means i cannot buy the anymore?like they will not be stock in the future??and can i use my points and coupons together to checkout at the same time?
by v.v : Jun 01,2008
v.v round 1) the Nagaoka brand items are for protecting your CDs and CD cases. A lot of the draw of the cardboard sleeve releases are the cases themselves (recreating the weird 3D style old LP artwork) so people don't want them to get scratched up. The CD mats and sleeves are for keeping your CDs safe so that they don't get scratched when the case gets squeezed or you move them around alot.
v.v round 2) Occasionally we'll get sold out items in stock again, but most of the items are limited runs so sold out means that you won't be able to buy them again.
As for coupons, I believe you can combine points and coupons, you just can't combine two coupons in one order.

Sleeve Cards Yeah!
Hello my friend Dan. Nice to see you again.
Just wanted to thank you for placing the Super Barrier Cards in the Goods Page. They worked perfectly for my cards and are so cute too.. although they are not from Nagaoka brand.
Ah! Don`t forget my origami request please. It`s important too.
P.S. My reviews of 2 items: a mini clock and the cards don`t appear. Do you know why?
by Ken007 : Jun 06,2008
v.v> Rock on J is Japanese only. You'll only qualify for the drawing of the signed poster if you buy volume 5 (the latest volume), and you'll only receive the poster if you're one of the three people selected in the drawing (sorry, the page is little hard to understand so I'll clean that up right now).
Ken007>I'm glad to hear you like the card sleeves. We're working on the origami but it might be difficult for us to stock because we'd have to keep a ton of it at our warehouse. We are looking into what we can do right now.
As for your comments, I don't know why exactly, but comments don't appear on our figure and appparel (minus MMM) pages. We still have your comments, but the pages themselves aren't designed to display them. Sorry to trouble you!

err..i'm not talking about the Kaya signed poster..and i mistyped it was vol 4 not 3 that i was talking about..it says "CDJapan offers to include the poster free of extra shipping charges if you have any order shipping between June 15 and July 31. However, if you have no order to be shipped during this time, and prefer to receive the poster we'll send the poster on its own in August and bill you for the shipping charge." so if i order rock on J vol 4 in between June 15 till july, i get the "double-sided poster featuring D'ERLANGER and Merry " ??oh so its better if i purchase the mag in june, so i dont have to pay for the shipping when the poster is out yah?cos i dont think i'll be ordering any thing in june....:{
by v.v : Jun 06,2008
Aha! Sorry about the mix up.
You are correct, if you order Rock on J vol. 4 between June 15 and July 31 we'll send you the poster along with your magazine. If you don't want to wait to order the magazine, as long as you have an order shipping during that time period (you don't need to actually place an order, just have a previously placed order ship) we'll send you the poster free of charge along with the rest of the order shipping in June/July.
The magazine came out in April while the poster's not coming out until next week, so that notification was there just to inform people about how we'd be dealing with the shipping lag.

A clock problem!!!
Sorry to trouble you again my friend Dan, but I have a very seriously complaint of my friend who bought the mini-alarm clock. She says: "The clock do not work, I put the battery and the clockwise not walk so it is impossible that the clock wakes me at 5:00 a.m.". She says too that it is not fair to pay so much for an item does not work but cheerful when I told her that your clock brings a "Bonus Extra" key rings(of course I was to buy these so that she does not feel bad!).
In this case Dan which is the process to continue..?
Ah! and sorry again for the inconvenience.

A.P. Origami!!
Oh! I forgot something. If you have a big problem with my origami request I will facilitate you the situation a bit.
You tell me have a tons of it in your warehouse? Well I only need "Animal Print" It is my favorite and hard to obtain (for me!).
Thank you for your work.

Hi Ken007,
For the clock you should contact CDJapan customer support (info@cdjapan.co.jp). It sounds like you just got a bad clock so we'll probably have you send it back and then send you a new one if we can (as long as it's not sold out).
As for origami, I'll make sure to send along your request for animal print. Unfortunately the problem is more about ordering it from the manufacturer. If we order animal print we have to order something like 50 packages of animal print at once or else they won't take our order. I've got our team working on it though, so hopefully we'll find another way to work it out.

Oh! Thank you so much my friend Dan for the help. I will tell Toshi and his friends about the mini-clock.
And for the origami, you have right. 50 packages?? = 10000 yen aproximately if each one have a cost of 200 yen! I know very well the situation, Dan. I will be more patient.
Thank you...

Thanks for being patient Ken007 and I just wanted to clear up that it's not so much the price of the items as it is that we have to keep them in the warehouse. We try not to keep excess things in stock, and right now our team is worried that we don't have room to keep 50 packages of origami in stock (we need the room for all the items we ship and receive daily).
Again, sorry to keep you waiting but hopefully we can work something out.
