Neo Romance Song Collection - Ai no Rhythm wa Owaranai

I bought this CD for one reason alone-it contained the short version of the upcoming release of "The Arrow Becomes a Shooting Star" by Yuzuru Arikawa from HaruToki 3. I know, I'm crazy, since the full vers. was being released just 2 months later, but I COULD NOT wait to hear it, so sprung for this set. I was not disappointed! The song is superb and so touchingly emotional! I adore it! *drools* I am so in love with Yuzuru-kun!! *laughing* The other "short" vers. included was Hinoe's, which, to me, is just awful. Hinoe is a child trying to fill Tomomasa's boots and it's just something horrible to see. (This scrawny kid thinks he's some hot stud that no woman can resist!) Anyway, this song exactly portrays that and so is just something you roll your eyes at when listening. Naozumi Takahashi is an EXCELLENT singer & they really ought to give him better material to work with. His newer released Hinoe song is MUCH better & is found on the "Tsuki no Shizuku" double album. The rest of the songs on this album were rehashes of previous releases from HaruToki 2, Angelique and Kiniro no Corda. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Kiniro song by "Len Tsukimori" very enchanting! Nice!!
