How to View Order Status
Sign into your customer account to view the status of your most recent orders at the top.
Your order status shows the current condition of your order as detailed below.
Order Status
| Alert | Description |
|---|---|
| Order Received | This status is shown when you first place your order until the time we process your order. |
| Awaiting Product Arrival | If you have at least 1 item that is not in stock, you will see this status, whether it is an item that has not yet been released, or an item that is waiting for our supplier to send to our warehouse. |
| Awaiting Packaging No Cancellations Accepted |
All of your items are in stock and are about to be packed for shipment.. The packaging process will begin shortly. You may see this status shown for a day and a half if you've placed an order for an in-stock item in PM Japan time. |
| Packaging No Cancellations Accepted |
Your order is being packaged, ready to be shipped out. Your order will stay in this status until your tracking number starts updating. ECMS packages will stay in the Packaging status for an extra few days as packages are only collected twice a week. |
| Shipping Fee Adjustment | This status will only apply to some orders. When our warehouse staff packaged your items, the actual weight or dimensions exceeded our initial estimate, resulting in an additional shipping fee. We will send a mail with details on the next business day. Please reply to our mail if you approve or wish to cancel. If your item is a proxy you can not cancel. |
| Shipped | Your order has been shipped out. |
Payment Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Credit Card / Debit Card Approved | Your credit card has been approved. When you place an order, we process your card for authorization to make sure your card can cover the payment. This is not a charge. We’ll charge you either when your order ships out, or after 25 days if it takes longer to ship. |
| Credit Card / Debit Card Declined | The issuer of your credit card declined the transaction. Make sure to call them to find out if your credit card is currently valid for the purchase at your earliest convenience. After they resolve it for you, make sure to contact us by email (info@cdjapan.co.jp). We will then process your order. Please note that if it is not resolved within a week, your order will be canceled automatically. |
| Credit Card / Debit Card Finalized | We have finalized your credit card or debit card. Your funds have been deducted. |
| Paypal, We Chat, Alipay Payment Pending |
Your order's payment is pending |
| Paypal, We Chat, Alipay Payment Finalized |
This status is shown once your payment is completed. |
Alerts
If your order is put on hold for any reason, we will put up an alert on your order to show the reason of hold. Some orders require action and some are just notifications. If the alert requires action, please read our email sent to you separately. All alerts will continue to appear until we’ve processed the updates. They may show longer when we have a 3-day holiday over the weekend.

Your order requires additional payment. Please reply to our email to approve or disapprove. |
| Awaiting Address/Tax ID Update |
Your address needs to be modified or TAX ID needs to be updated. Please check our email for details. |
| Authorization Declined | Your card was declined. Please check our email for details. |
| Awaiting Your Approval | We need to ask your approval for an update. Please check our email for details and let us know how you wish to proceed. |
| Awaiting Your Confirmation | We need to ask your approval for your proxy item. Please check our email for details. |
| Awaiting VAT Payment | Your order requires VAT payment. Please check our email for details. |
| On Hold: Customer Request |
Your order is on hold at your request and will be shipped after your requested date. |
| On Hold: Ensuring Everything is Correct |
We're currently checking your order and will ship it out as soon as everything is confirmed. |
| Shipping Restriction | Your shipping method is currently suspended. We will ship out once the suspension is lifted. |
| Awaiting Release Date | Your order is ready! We’re just waiting for the pick-up date set by the record label for the new release. This alert may also appear during holiday closures. |
