Please find our email regarding this and let us know if you approve/disapprove.
Awaiting Address/Tax ID Update
You need to update your address or tax ID. Please sign into your customer account and go to your shipping address list to update your address or TAX ID and send us an email once you are done.
Your credit card is declined. Please either add funds to your account or
contact your card issuer and ask why it is declined.
Awaiting Your Approval
Your order is put on hold as there was an update with your order.
Please find our email with details and let us know whether you approve/disapprove the update.

There has been an update regarding your order. Please check your email and confirm if you would like to proceed.

Your order requires additional VAT payment as the VAT of one of your products were not confirmed at the time of your order. Please read our mail and let us know if you approve the charge.
