DVD-BOX第3弾。 1960年代から現在に至る激動の現代史を背景に、同じ日同じ時間に同じ病院で生まれた2人の男のすれ違う運命と、愛そして復讐の物語。――貧しい鉱夫の息子、イ・ドンチョル(ソン・スンホン)とイ・ドンウク(ヨン・ジョンフン)は、幼少時代に石炭鉱業所所長シン・テファン(チョ・ミンギ)のせいで死に追いやられた父イ・ギチョル(イ・ジョンウォン)の復讐を誓いながら成長していく。父を失い、互いに支え合い母親を助けながら成長していった兄ドンチョルと弟ドンウク。しかしドンチョルはテファンの陰謀により罠にはめられ、愛するドンウクと引き裂かれ少年院に送られることになる。そして舞台は10年後の80年代へ・・・。全56話のうち第23話～第34話を収録。
