[Machine Translation] Brass Band x Orchestra! The best music of the day is here! What kind of image do you have of the word "brass band"? You may have experienced it as a "cultural club activity" in your youth, or you may have seen its activities on TV. There are some "super-music" pieces played by wind and percussion instruments that contain few strings and are full of beautiful melodies that are too good to be left only as "memories of my youth. This CD is a dream project to perform such "super masterpieces" in brass band with a full orchestra. The guest musicians are Nobuya Sugawa (saxophone) and Saika Sato (euphonium), who are stars in the world of wind instruments, and the CD features a selection of works that the composer himself has arranged for orchestra or newly arranged. The Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra and Shigeo Genda, honorary conductor of the orchestra, present a live recording of this exciting program for all brass band fans.
