its softness and medium density makes it great for giving a soft wash of color (blush or more targeted bronzer). Size also great for applying powder in selected areas. Angle of bristles makes it easy to use. Very comportable to use on skin - no scratchiness. Quickly became one of my favorites.
What do you do when you have more than enough brushes but you need to buy more? You justify the purchase by a different shape! :) The R-H1 is quite unique. And it is the only brush I would want to dry less fluffy in the end. If dried with a brush guard, there is a nice rounded point on one side to apply contour, and a wider angle to blend it all out on the other end. That applies for highlight as well. If I let it dry "freely", I always reach for the WG 14 instead.
