Description

THEE MICHELLE GUN ELEPHANT, which debuted with "Sekai no Owari" on February one, 1996, starts the 30th anniversary project "THEE 30TH" on February one, 2025, with the theme of "96k24b, 180g & 4K." They convert their sound sources into high resolution for digital distribution, release analog editions on heavy vinyl, and upconvert their past music videos into 4K high image quality in order to leave their works as a permanent preservation edition. This work compiles on CD, for the first time in cardboard sleeve jackets, the remastered sound sources of nine original albums they have released so far. Furthermore, they remaster coupling songs and alternate version songs that are not included in the original albums and newly produce them as "RUMBLES" It is released as an 11 CD box set.

1996年2月1日「世界の終わり」でデビューしたTHEE MICHELLE GUN ELEPHANT。2025年2月1日に30周年記念プロジェクト「THEE 30TH」を始動。「96k24b ,180g & 4K」をテーマに、彼らの作品を永久保存版として遺すべく、音源をハイレゾ化し配信し、重量盤でアナログをリリース、過去のMUSIC VIDEOを4K高画質にてアップコンバートしてきた。今作はこれまでにリリースしたオリジナルアルバム9枚のリマスタリング音源を初の紙ジャケット仕様でCD化。更にオリジナルアルバムに収録されていない、カップリング曲及びバージョン違いの楽曲をリマスタリングし「RUMBLES」として新たに制作。11枚組のCD-BOXとして発売。
