Plot: Hayata, a member of the Science Special Search Party, is on a patrol when he collides with M78 Nebula Man, Ultraman, which causes him to nearly die. Ultraman sees Hayata in such a state and shares his life with him. As one, they eventually decide to fight together to protect the peace of the earth.
