CDJapan : Godzilla Minus One (Godzilla -1.0) Blu-ray/DVD out MAY 1st!

It is Toho's 33rd Godzilla film and stars Ryunosuke Kamiki. Also features Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando, and Kuranosuke Sasaki as main casts. In the film, postwar Japan deals with the emergence of Godzilla.

"Godzilla Minus One" garnered numerous awards and nominations, particularly for Yamazaki's visual effects. At the Japan Academy Film Prize held on March 8, 2024, “Godzilla Minus One” won eight prizes, including picture of the year, and on March 10, 2024 it won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects at the 96th edition of the U.S. film awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
