Four years have passed since the final battle between Celestial Being and the UN Forces. People established the Earth Sphere Federation and set up an independent security preservation force "A-Laws" to restore peace and to bring unity to the federation. However, A-Laws has began to be oppressive, persecuting people for their beliefs and views in the name of unity. Setsuna, having survived the devastating war four years ago, watches a change in the world to be brought on by the actions of Celestial Being. He dreams of a peaceful world without conflict, but he witnesses distorted world under the oppression of A-Laws. . .
