Plot: Ex-detective Kline who is now private eye travels to Hong Kong in search of the missing son of a billionaire Shitao. Shitao has a mysterious power to receive other people's pain vicariously. A mafia boss in Hong Kong Su Dongpo also looks for Shitao and Kline gets involved in a war betweeen mafia and police. What he sees when he finally meets Shitao is unbelievable thing. . .
