Film Adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's Manga "MW"

"MW," a film based on god of manga, Osamu Tezuka's controversial manga of the same name. The film is created for commemorating the 80th Anniversary of Tezuka's birth.

Plot: World is attacked by MW again. . . 16 years ago, a horrifying incident occurred on the southern island, and all inhabitants died. This incident was covered up by the government, however, two boys miraculously survived. One of them, Michio Yuki (Hiroshi Tamaki) becomes an elite bank clerk, but moonlights as a ruthless killer. Another survivor Yutaro Garai (Takayuki Yamada) who is now priest tries to help Yuki's soul, but is crushed by a sense of helplessness. One day, Yuki finds a key to the incident occured 16 years ago called MW and plots to destroy the world.
