New Anime Series "Asu no Yoichi" on DVD

First DVD release from new samurai anime series "Asu no Yoichi!" on March 25, 2009. Stars Rina Sato, Haruka Tomatsu, Yukari Tamura, and Kana Hanazawa as voice artists.

A young swordsman Yoichi and his father stay in mountain for training. One day, Yoichi's father says that Yoichi cannot be stronger anymore because of his weak mind. Yoichi decides to go to the city to exercise his mind. He starts to live on the good graces of Ikaruga Dojo (training hall) and meets four beautiful Ikaruga sisters, Ibuki, Ayame, Chihaya, and Kagome. Yoichi who does not have common knowledge always creates various commotions. . .

"Asu no Yoichi Vol.1" is available in two varieties, limited edition and regular edition. Limited edition includes bonus CD featuring theme to web radio program sung by four Ikaruga sisters. Also check out on intro theme "Egao no Riyu" sung by meg rock and outro theme "Life and proud" sung by Aki Misato.
