Acid Black Cherry is a special project formed by Janne Da Arc vocalist yasu. Each member aside from yasu changes depending on the situation; whether that's recording, performing at a concert, or filming a music video. All songs and music videos are produced by yasu himself. "Black List" includes the singles "Spell Magic," "Black Cherry," "Aishitenai," "Fuyu no Maboroshi," and more for 12 tracks total.

Acid Black Cherry's new album is available in three varieties, Type A, B, and C. Type A features a bonus DVD with music videos for "Spell Magic," "Black Cherry," "Ai Shitenai," and one other track, alternate videos for "Spell Magic," "Black Cherry," and one more song, behind-the-scenes footage, and bloopers shots. Type B includes a DVD with live footage of the songs "Spell Magic," "Black Cherry," "Ai Shitenai," and one more song recorded at the band's "2007 secret live - free live" concert.
