Vola and the Oriental Machine - Debut Album

Vola and the Oriental Machine

After his break from Zazen Boys, former Number Girl member Ahito Inazawa wanted to release something that was purely indicative of himself. You can hear the fruits of this labor in the upcoming debut full-length album from Inazawa's new band Vola & The Oriental Machine!

Taking their cue from 1980s acts like Echo & The Bunnymen and Bloc Party, Vola & The Oriental Machine are part of a larger Japanese new wave revival spearheaded by frequent collaborators Polysics. Since forming in early 2006, the band has released one single and one seven-song mini-album.

The new album, titled "ANDROID -like a house mannequin-" comes out April 11, 2007. Album features ten tracks including new versions of the previously released tracks "Hane no Hikari" and "Yume Shindan." Order now!
