Director Koki Mitani's latest comedy movie "The Uchoten Hotel" is coming soon to DVD!

The story focuses on the strange evening various people spend at a first rate hotel on New Years Eve. The hotel deputy manager (Kouji Yakusho) reunites with his long-separated former wife. The bellboy (Shingo Katori of SMAP) has given up on his dream of becoming a singer and decided to return home when he meets an old friend and current flight attendant (Kumiko Aso). While the mistress of a Diet Member works as a a hotel maid (Takako Matsu) to avoid the eyes of the public, the Diet Member (Koichi Sato) himself sneakes into the hotel in order to to evade another pending scandal where meets a funny call girl (Ryoko Shinohara).
