Broken Blade Dai Issho Kakusei no Toki on preorder!

Blu-ray release from the theatrical anime "Broken Blade (Break Blade)," an adaptation of the manga comic of the same name by Yunosuke Yoshinaga. This anime is generally supervised by Tetsuro Amino of "Macross 7" fame, directed by the great animator Nobuyoshi Habara (Sorcerer Hunters, Dancouga), scripted by Masashi Sogo ("BLEACH"), animation created by Production I.G and XEBEC. Takayuki Yanase, a mechanical designer best known as "Mobile Suit Gundam 00" series, is also credited. Intro theme was sung by Kokia!

Plot: The world where fossil fuels can not be found in the ground, and the people have a magical power to make quartz utilized as an energy source. A main protagonist Rygart Arrow is one of the few exceptions who can't use the magic. One day, he is summoned by Hodr, who is his old friend and is now the king of the Krisna, and goes to the capital city. Then, he faces an astonishing fact...
