Description

[Machine Translation] Masahiko Nagasawa directs this film adaptation of Maiko Seo's novel of the same title. Starring Kato Rosa and Tokui Yoshimi of the comedy duo "Tutorial," who is making his acting debut. Chizuru comes to "Tamura," a guest house deep in the remote mountains of Miyazu, Kyoto Prefecture, after contemplating suicide. The inn is run by a young owner, Tamura, who is alone. Chizuru attempts suicide by taking a large dose of sleeping pills, but fails to wake up normally. Soon, Chizuru's heart, which has nowhere else to go, is unraveled by the abundance of nature and the casual kindness of Tamura. A location map of Miyazu, where the film was shot, is enclosed.
