This was New Orders second album that defined their sound and has become a classic. The mastering of this cd is superb, there are no weak songs on this album. The highlights for me start with Age of Consent, Stephens Morris brilliant drumming and Peter hooks wonderful base. The brilliant 586, is pure electronic New order at their best. The wonderful Your silent face which is still a live favourite to this day, brilliant keyboards from Gillian. My favourite track from the whole album is the last song Leave me alone, pure New Order at their best, once again fantastic drumming by Morris, Hooks base cuts in with Bernard's guitar, love the lyrics this is a beautiful song.
