this was a decent effort by the heroin ravaged johnny thunders in 1978, sadly this was not his best work and though this record was released 13 years before his death in 1991 he was kind of washed up at this point!!!! johnnys best work was with the new york dolls of coarse but his best ever album came one year before this one wich was the live LAMF album, that is as classic as the blank generation album by richard hell and the voidoids the year before as well, anyway the sound on this cd is decent and the lp replication jacket is awesome!!!! i did always like the song he wrote for fabianne shine (who would later front the french power pop hard rock band SHAKIN STREET w/ ross the boss from the dictators) you cant put your arm around a memory but even that tune was just so so, another legand done in by heroin but left a great legacy.............if you own nothing by johnny thunders GET LAMF before you get this.....
