Wow...this is totally new for me. Ashamed to admit but I never bothered about the first 3 Rush lps. Big mistake! Don't care if Rush still had to become the real Rush then...this is great stuff with the excellen SHM-sound as well. Recommended!

The red RUSH explosion from the album's cover art is printed in full colour right on the CD. So this SHM-CD looks great. I think that this is a very under-rated RUSH album because there was no , NEIL. However , at 19 years of age ALEX & GEDDY , could write some great music. The lyrics may have gotten better later with NEIL in the band , but ALEX & GEDDY , have always written RUSH's music. This is a great debut album. Just look at some of the songs. working man , finding my way , in the mood , here again , need some love , what you're doing , ect... NOT BAD for a first album!!! As with ALL of the RUSH SHM-CDs , the sound is just stunning. You hear every thing , every note is in perfect balance. You even hear things that you may have not noticed before. As with the LED ZEPPELIN SHM-CDs , these RUSH SHM-CDs are winners of looks and sound that don't disappoint. They are ALL well worth every YEN. I feel sorry for those nay-sayers who have judged these RUSH SHM-CDs with out even hearing 1 of them. They have no idea what they are missing. You finally get to hear just how great RUSH really are as a band!!!
WONDERFUL PAPERSLEEVE SHM REMASTERING OF THE FIRST OPUS FROM RUSH, THIS IS SOOO LONG OVERDUE, THE SOUND AND PACKAGING IS AMAZING, I LOVE THE ORIGINAL REPLICA OBI STRIP AS WELL, ALL 12 OF THESE ARE FANTASTIC, OF COARSE THE FIRST RUSH ALBUM WAS QUITE AN INTERESTING ONE BUT NEIL PEART WAS NOT ON BOARD YET SO THE LYRICS WHERE NOT AS MAGIC YET!!!!!!!!!!!!
