KANGDANIEL日本盤第二弾EP「RE8EL」リリース決定! タイトルのRE8ELには「反抗する、反対する」といった意味のある「REBEL」の"B"を、無限を表すマークを縦にした「8」で表現。楽曲は2023年6月にリリースされたKAGNDANIELの韓国盤EP『REALIEZ』から、「Supernova」と「SOS」の日本語バージョンが収録。そして「Worst Day Ever」とEPのタイトル・トラックでもある「RE8EL」の2曲を日本オリジナル楽曲として収録している。「Worst Day Ever」はついてない日を受け入れて、嫌なことの後には虹がかかるよ、と歌った今までのKANGDANIELの楽曲の中でも新しいストレートで等身大な内容に。「RE8EL」は立ち止まらずに突き進んでいく、といった彼の強い意志をさわやかなロック・サウンドで歌った彼の新境地ともいえる楽曲に仕上がっており、4曲それぞれが全く違ったテイストのバラエティに富んだEPとなっている。
