A masterpiece youth film representing the 2000s comes back. Even twenty years after its release, the acclaimed youth film "Linda Linda Linda" continues to gain fans worldwide. The passion of its fans crossed borders, inspiring the formation of the American band THE LINDA LINDAS, named after the film, becoming a global phenomenon. The film features heartfelt yet unpolished performances of The Blue Hearts' classic songs sung by Bae Doona, the earnest presence of Aki Maeda and Yu Kashii as they challenged themselves on drums and guitar, and professional musician Shiori Sekine (Base Ball Bear), who stood alongside the actresses despite it being her first acting role. Director Nobuhiro Yamashita, then just twenty-eight years old, brought these elements together into a miraculous work. The 4K digital remastered version preserves the texture of the original 35mm film while enhancing clarity in the details, making universal memories of youth resonate even more vividly. Video extras include original making-of footage, an event video collection (pre-release premiere and stage greetings), a release commemorative talk event, a Korean campaign short movie, and theatrical trailers. It also includes the 2005 press booklet (resized edition / 24 pages).
