AKB48 releases its 69th single, its first release of 2027. The release features 16 selected members, with 19th-generation member Momoka Ito serving as center. The rising star, who has repeatedly attracted tens of thousands of reactions on social media and is active on numerous variety programs, serves as center following "Nagori Zakura" and "Suki ish". This marks the first time in 16 years that the same member has served as the sole center for three consecutive releases, since Atsuko Maeda did so for the 20th single "Sakura no Ki ni Naro," the 21st single "Everyday, Kachusha," and the 22nd single "Flying Get" in 2011. The two members selected for the first time are 18th-generation member Kohina Narita and 21st-generation trainee Yu Morikawa. A photo of Narita in a menswear-style outfit, posted after "AKB48 THREE CONCEPTS LIVE" at K-Arena Yokohama on September 26 and 27, drew attention on social media for being extremely captivating and received more than 53,000 likes on X. She is now attracting attention as AKB48's captivating member. Morikawa is a 21st-generation trainee introduced at the 20th anniversary concert last December. Although she has been a member for less than a year, she is a promising young talent with striking looks and excellent dance skills. Type B includes a Blu-ray and an application code (valid only in Japan). [Selected members for AKB48 69th single, 16 members] Yuna Akiyama, Momoka Ito, Yui Oguri, Yui Kawamura, Narumi Kuranoo, Saki Kondo, Hiyuka Sakagawa, Airi Sato, Miu Shitao, Erii Chiba, Ayami Nagatomo, Kohina Narita, Yuki Hirata, Yu Morikawa, Azuki Yagi, and Mizuki Yamauchi.
