Having the original US pressing, which was a little bright sounding and lacking a fullness of sound, and then I buying the SHM Japanese version which was horribly loud and compressed, also lacking fullness of sound, I assumed I will never hear this album the way that I think it could and should sound. I don't know what happened here, but this sounds wonderful. Full, rich sound, tight bass and plenty of it. Balanced very well with the mids and highs. This does not sound compressed to me. As per usual, the Mini Lp design is perfect.
