regardless of the lack of attention this record recieved back in 1983 when it was released i to this day love this album as much as i did when i first heard this in august 1983, this album was so heavy it seemed like iommi was taking things to another level after the 1982 break up with dio, songs like trashed, digital bitch, disturbing the priest zero the hero and hotline are awsome just to name a few, sadley 1983 was a strange year for a lot of hr/hm bands that put out killer albums like sabbaths born again, ac/dcs flick of the switch, ufos making contact and thin lizzys thunder and lightning, all very underrated albums but very raw all in one year for some reason, anyway even though ian gillan may not have been the best choice for sabbath he sure held his own on this now classic record, the power and sheer speed and doom on here are all as good as anything the sabs did with ozzy in the 70s or dio in 80 and 81, i love this record today as much as i did 29 years ago when it came out and to boot we have a nice extra live show here as a bonus from 83 and shm mastering and a wonderful replica of the original lp........
