浮かび上がる15人の容疑者(クセもの)たち。犯人は何者? 神木隆之介が探偵助手(ワトソン)役に! さらに、W探偵(タブルホームズ)役に浜辺美波&中村倫也が挑む! 奇想天外! 前代未聞! ミステリー賞4冠達成の超話題作がDVDで開幕!! ――神紅大学のミステリー愛好会に所属する葉村譲と明智恭介は学内の事件を推理する自称【ホームズ】と【ワトソン】。しかし葉村はミステリー小説オタクなのに全く推理が当たらない万年助手。事件の匂いを嗅ぎつけては首を突っ込む会長の明智に振り回される日々を送っていた。そんなある日、2人の前に剣崎比留子という謎の美人女子大生探偵が現れ、ロックフェス研究会の合宿への参加を持ちかける。部員宛てに謎の脅迫状が届いたこと、去年の参加者の中に行方知れずの女子部員がいることを伝え、葉村と明智の興味をひく。3人が向かった先は山奥に佇むペンション【紫湛荘】。そこに次々と現れるクセモノだらけの宿泊者。しかし葉村たちは想像を絶する異常事態に巻き込まれ、立て篭りを余儀なくされる。
