The 9th stage play adaptation of "Bungou to Alchemist," the PC browser / app game distributed on DMM GAMES! Kobayashi Takiji and other literary masters step forward to the front lines of battle, following the path their very souls point to. Script by Naruse Yuusei, direction by Koutaro Yoshitani. Game BGM composed by Hideki Sakamoto of Noisycroak is used, and Jiro Ishii also serves as world-setting supervisor, as in the game. -- At the Imperial Library, Kobayashi Takiji encounters his Proletarian comrades Tokunaga Sunao and Nakano Shigeharu. He walks together with Shiga Naoya and other companions, but the corrupting evil reaches out to his comrades' literature. Having experienced firsthand the anguish of works being distorted and destroyed, Takiji chooses, in this life too, to resist the fate that threatens to erase the precious literature he holds dear, and steps forward to the front lines of battle, following the path his very soul points to. With Takiji as standard-bearer, the Proletarian faction once again takes up the cause. Now that they have found each other again in this life, they will not repeat those days of losing the light and swallowing their will. 2-disc set: main performance Blu-ray disc + bonus Blu-ray disc. The bonus footage is the first in the Bungeki series to include full wide-angle footage of the entire main performance!
