Starring Mirai Shida! A time-crossing love story begins when a heroine stuck in life meets her son from the future! Based on the popular manga "Mirai no Musuko - Koibito Inai Reki 10 Nen no Watashi ni Musuko ga Futtekita!" by Kumiko Aso and Hajime Kuromugi, known for works such as the script for "Marumo no Okite" (2011, CX), and serialized on Shueisha's "YanJan+." -- Mirai Shiokawa (Mirai Shida) is a woman around 30 on the brink, with "no steady job, no savings, and no boyfriend." While chasing her dream of becoming an actress, she spends her days performing with the theater troupe "Albatross," led by her former lover Masaki Yoshizawa (Eiku Shiono), and juggling part-time jobs. Surrounded by fellow troupe members including Shin Yano (Katsumi Hyodo), a junior actor who admires her, Mirai continues to stand on stage. However, after receiving a rejection notice from an audition, she suddenly begins to wonder if now might be the time to give up on her dream. Trying to shake off those thoughts, she starts drinking her beloved lemon sour... when suddenly! A flash of lightning and thunder blinds her, and a small boy appears before her. Calling Mirai "Mom" and introducing himself as Sota (Yu Amano), he claims to be her son who has time-traveled from the year 2036. His mission is to reconcile his mom with his dad, whom he calls "Ma-kun." How can I be a mom when I am not married and do not even have a boyfriend!? Before she can even process it, life with her future son begins. Ahead of her lies a fateful reunion with Yuta Matsuoka (Nozomu Kotaki), her former classmate who is now a nursery school teacher! Mirai and Sota's search for "Ma-kun" begins, and their turbulent days now unfold! Contains all 10 episodes. A 4-disc set (3 main discs + 1 bonus disc).
