The Powerpuff Girls Z soundtrack is actually great to listen to. The CD comes with all the opening and ending themes, a "PPGZ Party Mix" containing music from the show, and four character songs. The booklet contains some bonus character concept art never before seen elsewhere. Out of all the OP/ED themes, "Mayonaka no Doa" by Yifei is my top favorite. The themes songs overall are very good, but that one stands out the most for me. The PPGZ Party Mix is very well done, and contains almost all the songs from the show. While I wish that the mix could have been longer, it's still a groovy mix that you can dance to. I didn't like Hyper Blossom's character theme that much compared with Rolling Bubbles and Powered Buttercup's themes. The final song, "Touch Me!", is basically the transformation music with vocals, but still a great song. While the series itself may not be well-liked by everyone, the soundtrack is great to listen to. If you're a PPGZ fan, this soundtrack is highly recommended.
