In 1979, he released this excellent album with unstoppable melodies (Dancin' tonight...) and fantastic musicians. As always with LaBounty, his pop-jazz-groove rhythms dress often melancholic lyrics (It's not a cry, Sometimes love songs make me cry...), a touch of felted bitterness but welcome under the California sun. It is the hallmark of an artist who should have much greater recognition from the general public.

Great songwriting and strong production. Bill Labounty is little known except perhaps as a songwriter but this album proves not only can he write good strong soft rock songs but his voice is first class. After hearing this album I will try several others that he did in the 70s and 80s. Recommended if you like soft rock performed by a good songwriter with a strong voice and first class production.
