King Crimson is one of my top ten favourite bands. I have been to their concert also so I decided to buy this album for me as a memory. I recommend.

Summer 1982. The Crimson band toured Europe as guests of ROXY MUSIC, which was under the same management, and recorded the August 26th and 27th shows in Cappe d'Agde and Frejus, France, using multi-track recording equipment that ROXY had brought with them for live recording. A live album was planned but never realized.
This time, the Frejus concert was chosen due to the quality of the performance. This is a recording that has been released as a collector's club download, "On (and Off) the Road," etc., but there were many requests for its independent release as a high-quality sound source from the 1982 tour. One additional bonus track from the previous day's Cappe d'Agde is included.
This Japanese CD features the high-fidelity SHM-CD format and cardboard sleeve packaging. A square postcard (paper jacket size) with the old artwork that comes with the dgmlive download has been added as an enclosed bonus.

1982年夏。同時期ヨーロッパをツアーしていた同じマネージメントのROXY MUSICのゲストとして数公演帯同したクリムゾン。ROXYがライヴ・レコーディングのため持ち込んでいたマルチトラック録音機材を使い8月26日フランス、カップ・ダグド、27日フレジュス公演がレコーディングされ、ライヴ・アルバム制作も企画されたが実現せず終わった音源。今回は演奏の質からフレジュス公演が採用された。ロバート・フリップ以外の80'sクリムゾンのメンバーとスティーヴ・ヴァイによる80'sクリムゾン再現ユニット、BEATのUSツアーに合わせる形で発売! コレクターズ・クラブ・ダウンロード、「オン (アンド・オフ)ザ・ロード」等で公開されている音源だが82年ツアーの高音質音源として単独発売希望が多かった公演。ボーナス・トラックとして前日カップ・ダグドから1曲追加収録。日本盤パッケージは新規アートワークを使ったE式紙ジャケットを採用。封入特典としてdgmliveダウンロードに付いてくる旧アートワーク使用の角形ポストカード (紙ジャケットサイズ)を追加!
