all three episodes (7, 8, and 9) on this DVD covered only the second half of the game against Musashinomori. Sure, it's shonen, but how long is half a soccer game supposed to take? It stuck to the events in the manga pretty closely, so there might not be much benefit in watching this. But in any case, after each episode there was a handy soccer playing tip, done by a computerized Sho-alike. Very useful if you're starting out playing soccer, as you might want to after watching them play. The bonus includes a clip of Higuchi Daisuke in her office talking about the animation. Also a character digest which has clips of Sho, Mizuno, Shige, Shibusawa and Fujishiro's best scenes from the episodes on the DVD. It's nothing new, like additional information on them, but it's interesting to see what bits got picked to feature them.
