注目のイケメンや美少女たちが、"禁断の恋"をテーマに衝撃的に演じたオムニバスドラマ【恋愛診断】、待望のDVD化! 『サヨナラのメロディ』は芳賀優里亜、塩澤英真、森本亮治出演のティーンズラブ。 どこにでもいる普通の女子高生、葉月佑菜(芳賀優里亜)の特別なこと、それは実の兄カズ(塩澤英真)が海外でも活躍するミュージシャンであること。ある日幼なじみの秋村(森本亮治)との下校中、公園でアコースティックギターを鳴らす青年を見かける。それは5年ぶりにニューヨークから帰ってきた兄だった。その日から佑菜とカズは同じ屋根の下で暮らすことに・・・。そんなとき、カズが日本に帰ってきたのは佑菜のことを想ってラブソングを書くためではないかと秋村に言われた佑菜は動揺を隠せなかった。ある日、カズの大ファンである同じクラスの春香(松原渓)から、カズが作っている新曲がうまくいけばまた海外へ帰るかもしれないと告げられる。複雑な佑菜。そこへカズからの着信。佑菜は秋村に嘘をつきカズの元へ向かうが、カズの前で秋村に告白されてしまい・・・。
