主演: 瑛太、満島ひかり、音楽: 辻井伸行が贈る心震えるヒューマンドラマ。『それでも、生きてゆく』は、『東京ラブストーリー』『Mother』等のヒットメーカーの脚本家・坂元裕二氏が"悲劇を乗り越え希望を見出す家族の物語"を丁寧に描いたオリジナル作品。湖畔の釣り船屋『ふかみ』。深見洋貴 (瑛太)は、ここで父の達彦 (柄本明)を手伝いながら暮らしている。翌日は、15年前に亡くした妹、亜季 (信太真妃)の誕生日。洋貴は亜季の顔をはっきりと思い出せなくなっていた。そんな時達彦が倒れてしまう。遠山双葉 (満島ひかり)は恋人から別れを告げられて帰宅。双葉の家族は15年前から名字を三崎から母、隆美 (風吹ジュン)の旧姓に変えていた。父の駿輔 (時任三郎)と祖母だけが三崎を名乗っていたためか、家族は執拗な中傷に追い続けられ、耐え難い現実に双葉は行動を起こす。達彦は重い病に冒されていた。洋貴が病院から釣り船屋に戻ると見慣れぬ女性、双葉がいた。洋貴は双葉を自殺志願者ではと警戒。空腹を訴える双葉のために洋貴が食料を買い出しに行こうとすると、弟の日垣耕平 (田中圭)が車で達彦を連れて来た。達彦は病院を抜け出し、別れた妻、野本響子 (大竹しのぶ)に会いに行ったらしい。会わせなかったと言う耕平は、達彦を洋貴に託して帰る。洋貴の家族は15年前の悲劇でバラバラになっていた。達彦を落ち着かせた洋貴は、双葉とファミリーレストランへ。そこで洋貴は15年前の悲劇・・・妹の亜季が殺害されたことを話す。犯人は洋貴の友人だった。洋貴がなぜか話す気になった亜季の殺害状況を淡々と語っていると、双葉はいたたまれずに店を出る。亜季を殺したのは双葉の兄、文哉 (風間俊介)だった――。
