On May 5, the day the two members of DOMOTO first met, they release a single featuring all co-written songs, including "Ai no Katamari." The release includes four newly recorded tracks, with each member writing and composing two songs. The title track "Matane" was partially unveiled during their first fan meeting held last December, and is a bittersweet mid-tempo number that captures the beauty and fragility of human emotions - a signature DOMOTO style.

"Kowai Kowai?" included in Type A is an upbeat Latin-flavored track, showcasing a new, glossy and danceable side of DOMOTO. Includes bonus video "Matane Music Video & Making." 3-panel 6-page jacket. / "New Antique," included in Type B, is a funky electro-rock tune. Includes bonus video "Kowai Kowai? Music Video & Making." 3-panel 6-page jacket. / "Korekara Hajimaru Monogatari," included in Type C, is a pure and heartfelt melody combined with lyrics that directly express the current feelings of the two members, resulting in a truly exquisite DOMOTO ballad.
