Compiles the first dome tour for Sexy Zone "Sexy Zone Dome Tour 2022 The Highlight" held at Tokyo Dome and partially the one held at Kyocera Dome Osaka.

Limited edition includes two bonus discs each featuring the live performance "Sexy Zone Live Tour 2022 The Arena" at Shizuoka Eco and bonus videos "Sexy Zone Natsukashi Item Quiz" and "Neoki Dokkiri." Also comes with silver tape used in the tour (replica), a 60-page photo book and "Sexy Zone Live Tour 2022 The Arena" changing card (replica / 5 pieces). / Regular edition includes a bonus disc featuring a documentary on the tour featuring making-of and backstage footage.
