細野晴臣(ハリー)と久保田麻琴(マック)によるユニット、ハリーとマックが1999年に発表した唯一のアルバム。70年代から親交が深かった二人が東京、LA、ニューオリンズでレコーディングを行い、日米のミュージシャンも多数参加して、アーリー70'sのニューオリンズ～スワンプ・サウンドを基調に完成させた作品で、アルバム冒頭を飾る二人の共作曲「Night Shade」や、久保田麻琴が書き下ろし自らが歌う楽曲、そして細野晴臣のセルフカヴァー「Choo Choo Gatta Gotto '99」「Pom Pom Joki」を含む全13曲収録。久保田麻琴による初リマスタリング音源の待望のリイシュー盤。
