Masuda Takahisa no Cover [w/ DVD, Limited Edition / Type B]

Following his first solo album "Kidoairaku", this work is Takahisa Masuda's second solo album composed entirely of cover songs. In the past, Takahisa Masuda has released numerous cover songs as solo works, including "FOREVER MINE" by Tatsuro Yamashita and "Koibumi" by Every Little Thing. This long awaited full cover album brings together his own cover history. Selecting songs he has strong feelings for, songs that pay respect to past classics, and songs he wishes to pass on to a new generation, it features music from various eras and genres. With respect for the original songs intersecting with Takahisa Masuda's vocal expression, this work allows listeners across generations to rediscover the charm of music. Limited Edition B includes the "Kidoairaku" Nekomatsu Ver. Music Video and Making. The music video for "Kidoairaku", a song included on his first solo album, is completely recreated as a stop-motion animation starring Nekomatsu. Nekomatsu performing with deep emotion in a 1/15-scale miniature world is a must-see. The making footage closely follows Takahisa Masuda as he participates in the stop-motion process and brings Nekomatsu to life. Also included is "Making of the Jacket Photo Shoot", a documentary that closely follows the jacket photo shoot styled entirely by Takahisa Masuda, continuing from the previous work "Kidoairaku". It captures Takahisa Masuda naturally as he changes expressions according to different situations, including indoor settings, tunnels, and a rooftop at dusk, truly a photo book in video form.
