This is an excellent compilation CD. I bought this CD mainly for the supremely amazing "Tamakui" song (track #7), but the trilogy of songs "Al", "if", and "Reincarnation" are just jawdroppingly good. I didn't think those songs were that great when I was watching the anime, but listening to them on CD, I'm absolutely loving them. They are very finely crafted songs, loaded with emotions. Those four songs alone would make the CD well worth the price, but I'm really enjoying the other songs as well. In addition to the catchy "Dark Side of the Light" (which played in ep.1) and the TV-sized versions of OP/ED songs, I really like "Unusual Days" (track #4). I'm not sure if that song played in the anime itself, but it's yet another quality song from this CD. The only track I didn't care for was "Blue Butterfly" (track #9). The rest of the songs are all quite nice, though they are rather average anime fare. All in all, I'm very, very satisfied with this CD. Highest recommendation to all Ga-Rei Zero fans.
